Create Perfect Matches: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and match them with the right talent.
Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with healthcare professionals and clients, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
Make Deals Happen: Handle negotiations, offers, and placements with finesse to ensure a win-win for candidates and clients.

You're tech-savvy and comfortable with your own tools and resources for sourcing candidates (databases, job boards, recruiting tools) recruiting tools, social media, and ATS.

How You'll Be Compensated:
100% Commission-Based: Earn an attractive commission of 40% per successful placement, with no cap on earnings.
