Overview:
Connection Services has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Administrative Assistant in New York, NY. A well-established, active, and growing CPA firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our IT Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the IT Director’s schedule, E-Mail, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the IT department.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties:
Manage the IT Director’s schedule and appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing E-Mail
Assist with IT budgeting and financial planning
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including IT department reports, inventory, and asset management
Provide administrative support for IT projects and initiatives including budgeting and planning
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as ordering supplies, arranging for IT equipment and software, and providing general office support
Min:
USD $27.00/Hr.
Max:
USD $31.70/Hr.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Nice to have:
Experience working in an IT or technology-related environment
Knowledge of IT systems and software
