Overview:

Location: Bloomingdale, Hinsdale, and Glen Ellyn

Hours: Full Time/40 hours; Monday - Friday; varying between 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Are you ready to challenge the expected to deliver the extraordinary?

Reporting to Practice Manager or Director under the Physician Site Leader, supervises staff performance at a specific location or clinic in clinical and clerical function (s). Assists management in having administrative oversight over one or multiple locations or various clinical and clerical positions in a specific location. Schedules work, tracks productivity and quality outcomes, and addresses issues with staff and patients. Depending the circumstances, this may be a working supervisor under a clinical or non-clinical area of the Department. This person is a member of the management team with first line responsibility for hiring, orientation, appraisal, coaching, disciplinary action, and training staff. Keeps management informed on issues involving operations, work flow, patient experience, and employee relations

PlanningParticipates in planning discussions with input into goals for the Department. Responsible for schedules of staff and physicians ensuring resources are available to meet anticipated daily work loads

ControllingResponsible for assessing work against expected outcomes: productivity, quality, and timeliness. Tracks and trends work outcomes. Recommends improvements in work flow processes.

Human ResourcesHires, orients, and trains staff. Conducts performance appraisals, coaches and disciplines staff. Ensures work expectations, Duly Health and Care and Department policies are communicated and responsibilities are understood. Seeks guidance and support from Practice Manager or Director in managing staff.

Patient SatisfactionResponds to patient complaints and works to resolve. Appropriately involves others if resolutions cannot be reached.

DMG ActivitiesMember of the Management Team, representing their Department to other DMG management associates. May participate in Ad Hoc or Standing Committees. Representative of Duly Health and Care in the community at large.

Performs all other duties / responsibilities as assigned

Travel to other sites required

Qualifications:

The Experiences You Bring

Current Illinois RN License or Current Illinois EMT-P License

BLS HCP, ACLS, PALS certification

Associates and or Bachelor's degree in Health care or Business Management preferred

If a clinical professional, current licensure in good standing required.

Knowledge of OSHA, and HIPAA.

Prefer a minimum of two years in a supervisory role in a health care setting

Computer Proficiency: Able to learn and become proficient in EPIC software as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Adaptability: Able to be flexible and comfortable in adjusting to changing activities. Maintains calm under pressure and is able to think clearly to enhance problem solving.
