Naylors Court Dental Partners is hiring a Dental Hygienist for our office located in Pikesville, MD 21208. This is a full-time position working Mon, Wed & Thu (7:45-5:00), and Tue (6:45-12:00). Part-time employment will be considered as well.
Full-time employment offers:
$50-$60 per hour

Naylors Court Dental Partners is a well established, success, dental practice with a team of doctors that have been in the practice for over 20 years. We greatly appreciate our hygienists and the important role they play in our success and keeping our loyal patients happy. To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will go through a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team. Great for new grads!
We understand technology continues to improve, and we strive to keep up with the latest technology, for the benefits of our patients, as well as our hygienists. At our state-of-the-art facility, we're currently utilizing Itero Scanners, laser therapy and we'll be adding Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) and Overjet AI in the near future. Previous experience working as a hygienist is always great, but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The hygienist we hire must have an active hygiene license in the state of MD. New Hygiene grads must be applying for license soon.
Responsibilities:
Through the delivery of periodontal therapies and other hygiene-related services, Dental Hygienists are committed to improving the oral health of patients. Candidates must be enthusiastic about their dental work, and willing to provide the highest level of care at all times
The Dental Hygienist delivers oral hygiene treatment, education, and care under minimal supervision, following state-approved guidelines and regulations.
Patient screening, medical history and dental charting.
Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line.
Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Active Hygiene license for Maryland state
Strong verbal and written communication skills
