Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing and a passion for optimizing processes and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify improvement and cost-reduction areas.

Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.

Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production workflows.

Design and implement layout changes to optimize space utilization and material flow.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in quality assurance and process improvement.
