Job Summary:
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting our IT systems and networks. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure, as well as providing technical support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems and data.
Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven at least 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of server and network administration.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
