My coient are looking for a positive, energic, knowledgeable, Service Manager in Salisbury

As a Service Manager you will lead your Team within South West to deliver high performance in areas of all fire protection requirements

Reporting to the Operations Director you will support the operational execution of our strategies and business plan. You will be able to manage varied tasks with conflicting priorities, you must have great leadership skills - (our staff are critical to our success), understand current regulations of the fire industry

You will be able to build great relationships within South West Teams and our other Regional Teams and manage interdependencies with other key departments in the business.

You will be committed to providing the highest quality person centred service to both residents and the workforce with well-being at the heart of your approach.

The post holder will be delegated additional responsibilities and or management projects by the Regional Manager.

You will:

Contribute to the highest standards of professionalism and effectiveness in service delivery to service users,
You will have the ability to challenge processes, frameworks and support the organization during a period of growth and change.
Monitor the day-to-day operations of your area including line management
Maintaining customer satisfaction
Manage staff resources including recruitment deployment of rotas and recruitment
Lead on complaint investigations and ensure compliance with timeframes
Effectively manage information received from Clients, Partners, and Staff through any channels of feedback, ensuring we are addressing service issues and constantly developing standards and products in line with clients' needs and where appropriate escalate to the Operations Manager
Ensure the service operates in compliance with all legal requirements
To ensure H.R procedures are followed within the Team
Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety
You will be office-based but at times be required for attendance at meetings or events.

Service Manager skills and qualifications

A successful Service Manager candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications for the position these include:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and service delivery standards
Strong leadership ability and team spirit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of relevant software packages

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00
