Project Controller

Hybrid - 2 Days in the Office 3 days WFH

Salary: up to £45,000

Our international client who are a leading architecture firm, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual for the position of Project Controller. This is an excellent opportunity to join our client who is a leader in their industry, and contribute to their ongoing success.

As a Project Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by effectively managing and monitoring project budgets, schedules, and resources. Responsibilities:

Work closely with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Monitor project performance against established budgets and schedules, proactively identifying and addressing any variances.
Support project teams in the preparation and review of cost estimates, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.
Conduct thorough financial analyses, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project profitability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assist in the negotiation and management of contracts and subcontract agreements.
Prepare and present project financial reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Continuously evaluate and enhance project control processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in project control or financial analysis, preferably within a similar industry.
Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
Professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Cost Engineer (CCE), are a plus.Join them be part of their dedicated team of professionals who are committed to delivering excellence in every project.
