We’re recruiting for a Team Leader who will plan and organise the delivery of support and care to people living in a Supported Living Service in Conwy.
The Benefits
* Salary of £23,660 (£13 per hour, 35 hours per week)
* Sleep-in’s paid at £60. On-call £10 per weekday evening, £20 per Sat/Sun
* 25 days leave plus the bank holiday plus an increase of 3 days after 5 years

The Team Leader Role
As the Team Leader you will have responsibility for the day to day leadership of staff delivering care and support to people within a supported living service in Conwy.
You’ll support the staff teams to deliver the best care and support possible, ensuring that people fulfil their potential for independence, choice, inclusion and control.
* Rotas
* Care and Support plans
* Leading a team and delegating duties
* Problem solving
* Supporting team meetings
The Successful Candidate
* It’s essential that you have experience of being either a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker or Senior Carer within a social care service - supported living / care home or domiciliary care
* You’ll be able to demonstrate a knowledge of CIW standards, experience in updating care plans/risk assessments, supervising and mentoring care/support staff
* You’ll need NVQ level 3 or QCF level 3 in health and social care and to become registered with Social Care Wales
* You’ll demonstrate a passion for supporting people to achieve their goals
