Unity Works has an exciting opportunity available for a Personal Assistant to Managing Director to join our team based in London, hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

The Personal Assistant to Managing Director Role:
We need a systematic addict with a safe pair of hands, an enquiring mind and an assertive approach who can:
* plan and coordinate long term work, whilst simultaneously reorganising day-to-day priorities.
* deploy process and project management as well as leading on the administration of policy reviews.
* liaise with a range of people who have different levels of communication and needs
* act as a first point of contact internally and externally and manage diaries
* plan and arrange travel
* coordinate all relevant briefings and papers
* take formal committee minutes, arrange meetings and conferences including preparing relevant communications.
* gather, present, and report on a variety of information using; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A great eye for detail and extremely organized
* Confident, articulate, and professional
* Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Desire to always embrace our values and vision
