Position Title: Night Duty Manager
Location: South West London
Salary: £33,000
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 8 PM - 8 AM
About Us:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Night Duty Manager to join the team and oversee daily operations at a brand new development in South West London.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage your team to uphold high standards across the development.
Contractor Management: Work with site team members to oversee contractor management routines.
Asset Management: Support asset management processes by ensuring that planned maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Mobilization: Assist with the mobilization process
Health & Safety: Champion Health & Safety protocols and perform site inspections.
Refuse Management: Manage the relocation of waste containers
Customer Service: Act as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer service.
Health & Safety: Commit to the health and safety of employees, clients, and all individuals.
Financial Management: Assist with the financial management of the development
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies
Experience:
Must have experience in a similar/related role.
Customer Service Experience – Mandatory
UK clean driving licence – Mandatory
Property Management Experience – Preferred
A meticulous, dedicated and supportive individual.
Relevant Health & Safety training and qualifications (e.g., First Aider, IOSH) is preferred but will be provided if necessary.
