The Architectural Technician job role itself where, as part of a talented team, you will be working on a wide and diverse range of projects, including heritage and multi residential projects producing technical working drawings in Revit or AutoCAD. You will be interpreting the client briefs and producing technical documentation in line with the latest regulations. More specifically:
* Preparation of building regulations applications
* Resolution of technical design proposals
* Preparation of measured surveys of existing buildings or sites
* Preparation of construction drawings, details, schedules, and specifications
* Post contract work, client/site meetings
You will have
To be successful as Architectural Technician, you will have a healthy mix of the following:
* Architectural Degree or equivalent
* Part one or part two RIBA qualified
* 2-5 years experience as Architectural Technician or similar
* Exposure to working on live projects
* Familiarity with UK building regulations
* Competent in using either Revit or AutoCAD
