The Role:

Implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with company goals. Ensure flexibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness to meet customer demands.
Oversee the 24-hour production process, managing 400+ staff through a team of three shift managers. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and budget standards
This role reports direclty into the Managing Director and works alongside 11 other Senior Managers.The person:

Experienced Engineering/Production/Manufacturing Manager
Management qualification, BEng in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Background within Automotive highly desirable
Sheet metal, paint or assmebly manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage.Reference Number: BBBH(phone number removed)
