Our client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to provide a fast and effective service to their clients, handling payroll and records, using software like myePayWindow, managing SMP & SSP, producing P45s and much more. If this sounds like you, here's what you need:

Previous experience working in a Payroll function is essential
Data Entry experience
Competency with Excel and confidence with IT systems / software
Minimum of 5 GCSEs A - C, including Mathematics and English
Excellent numerical and record-keeping skills
Detail oriented
Problem solver and multi tasker
Honest, reliable and trustworthy
Ability to manage payroll processes and calculations.
Experience with statutory payments and pension scheme management.

A day in this role will involve:

Reporting to Payroll Manager.
Handle end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time.
Establish and maintain comprehensive payroll records.
Calculate partial-month payments and holiday entitlements.
Administer statutory payments efficiently.
Process P45 forms.
Communicate with clients to clarify and resolve payroll calculations when needed.
Manage client pension schemes, including setup and monthly uploads across multiple providers.
Using Sage, STAR, and other software packages.
