Job Title: Bid Manager

Location: Colinbrook (near Heathrow) - Hybrid

Committed to excellence and innovation in everything they do, they are now looking for talented individuals to join them to grow and develop the bid team.

About the role: The successful candidate will be a dynamic Bid Manager who will take charge of the overall bidding process. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities by managing the end-to-end bidding process, from research and evaluation to submission and post-bid analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

The Bid Manager will have ultimate responsibility for collating all the required input(s) to produce compelling bid documents that will realise a step-change improvement in the firm's bidding conversion rate.
Be responsible for managing an opportunity from EoI/qualification through to contract award.
Gather feedback on past bids to continuously improve future submissions.
Chair bid planning meetings and lead bid/no bid decision-making processes.
Supported by a Bid Writer, you will liaise with internal teams - Contract Management, Sales, Operations, Compliance

Requirements:

Proven track record of securing high-value complex FM, Built Environment and Waste services solutions.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality narrative under tight deadlines.
Be able to build strong relationships and influence at all levels, across specialisms and with senior colleagues.
