Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Bishops Cleeve
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM (35 hours/week)
Salary: Circa £26,500

Role Overview:

Work Allocation: Daily allocation of tasks, monitoring staff productivity, and ensuring motivation to meet realistic targets.
Training & Compliance: Ensure all team members are adequately trained and that operations are running smoothly across all areas.
Order Management: Oversee the assembly and accurate distribution of all orders.
Production Planning: Collaborate with other Supervisors to effectively plan weekly production and resource allocation.
Stock Management: Identify and escalate shortages or discrepancies, ensuring accurate stock documentation.
Label Room Oversight: Manage the label room and ensure responsible usage and maintenance of all labels.
Daily Responsibilities: Complete daily tasks as assigned by management.
Team Participation: Attend weekly and monthly meetings and training sessions as required.
Company Development: Contribute to future company initiatives as part of the implementation team.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Candidate Profile:

Proven leadership experience in a production or labeling environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets.
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Counterbalance and reach certification required.
