We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Accessories Manager to join our Aftersales Commercial team at Triumph Motorcycles global headquarters.

Reporting to the Head of Aftersales Commercial, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and the dealer/customer purchase of genuine Triumph accessories in addition to essential activities supporting our marketing, press and brand events. This exciting role will entail working across the business with key stakeholders including Global Subsidiaries / Export Markets, Internal Colleagues, Triumph Dealers and key agencies / suppliers.

The primary focus will be to foster dealer and customer loyalty, driving the purchase of genuine Triumph accessories through the utilisation of marketing, promotion, tactical activity, visual merchandising, product placement and support.

You will be highly driven and motivated as the Commercial Accessories Manager, heading this important Aftersales Commercial function and being the key go to regarding the sales performance and buying loyalty of Genuine Triumph Accessories. Ensuring that Triumph’s accessory go to market commercial activity is truly World Class and delivers a sustainable advantage for the business, dealers, and customers.

This role requires excellent commercial strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage performance levels across a global network of 900 dealers. Additionally, the Commercial Accessories Manager will also be a key contributor to our forecasting, purchasing and product teams.
