The professional services division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist for their client based in Hinckley. This contract is initially offered on an ongoing basis.
As the Receptionist, you will provide a first-class meet and greet experience for all customers and visitors, reinforcing a customer-driven culture of continuous improvement to consistently deliver the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure a first-class meet and greet reception experience for all customers and visitors.
Reinforce a 'customer-driven' culture of continuous improvement.
Manage the company telephone switchboard.
Collaborate with other parts of the business to improve customer service.
Complete routine administrative tasks, including postal distribution.
Coordinate meeting room bookings.
Fulfil any other reasonable duties as needed to meet business requirements.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Previous reception experience.
