Calling all Production Operatives! We are currently recruiting for production operatives to join our long standing client based in the Keighley area, working a 4 on 4 off shift.

This is a genuine temporary to permanent opporunity.

Working hours are 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am You will be working 4 days / 4 days off / 4 nights / 4 days off

Duties:

* Feed the machine with product

* Monitor the machine

* Ensure the product is collected into the bags, for the FLT to move

* Clear any jams

* Complete paperwork to confirm tonnage processed (Physically demanding job, the team as a whole process 4/5 tonne of product per shift)

* Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries

* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

* Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

What you'll need:

* Good timekeeping and attendance

* Previous experience in related field preferred but not essential

* Attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

* Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
