Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £26000 - £27000 DOE
Location: Bishops Stortford (office based only)
Working Hours: Shift including some weekends

Requirements

Fluent in English with either Spanish, French, German or Portuguese.
Good customer service skills.
Driven and determined.
Will follow procedures & policies.
Experience of a CRM system: Asana, Zendesk or similar.
Previous experience of content moderation would be advantageous. From a salary perspective the salary of £26k could grow with you! The key focus for this role is to recruit someone who is talented and hardworking and who is hungry for success and ready for the next step.
