Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Account Manager to join our vibrant team based in Kelvedon. This role requires an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, adept in multitasking, and capable of building strong relationships to enhance client engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, ensuring client inquiries and issues are addressed with the highest level of professionalism.
* Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Account Management: Oversee the accounts of current clients, ensuring their needs are met, and opportunities for upselling and account growth are identified and pursued.
* Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily tasks, contributing to the overall achievement of sales targets.
* Customer Retention: Focus on customer engagement strategies and initiatives aimed at retaining existing clients.
* Order Processing: Manage and process orders for current clients efficiently.
* Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties as needed, including file management, scheduling, and documentation.
* Team Coverage: Provide cover for staff absences due to sickness or annual leave to ensure uninterrupted service.
* Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as may be required by the board of directors.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in customer service and/or account management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Additional Information:
* Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
* £26,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience
* Office based role within a modern offices
* Commission structure available
* Own transport preferred due to the location of the office
* Friendly and supportive team
