Contract/Project
Confident, professional Customer Account Manager immediately required to work on an initial temporary contract dealing with an international customer
Duties are to include
* Communicate with client on a daily basis, handle questions/queries both verbally and in writing
* Taking and processing orders
* Processing immediate stock orders, liaising with warehouse, booking couriers for same day collection
* Data analysis, working off spreadsheets
* Keeping up to day on stock levels
* Working with refund/reject paperwork
* Working on customer orderbook, chasing suppliers, making all parties aware of late deliveries or stock received
* Reporting directly to the Key Account Director
The right candidate would ideally
* Have previously account management experience
* Sales administration experience
* Strong time management and organisation skills
* Strong excel skills
* Be able to work on own initiative
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm, Friday 8.45am to 4.00pm
Salary £24-25k (possibility to negotiable for the right candidate)
This role will be initially 3-6 month temporary with a possibility of going permanent in the future
