Quality Engineer

Up to £44,000 per annum

Metalis are working with an established company based in Kidderminster who are actively seeking a skilled and time served quality engineer to join their team.

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, develop and implement corrective actions, and support process improvements across production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.
Develop and maintain quality control systems.
Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure quality at all stages.
Knowledge of basic measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience working in a foundry is beneficial but not essential.Essential Requirements:

Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
Strong understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.Pay and Hours:

Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week.

Up to £44,000 DOE
