We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out phase of a new residential scheme in Ilford.

Position Overview:
As the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the internal fit-out process from 1st fix to handover. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate a diverse team of subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage the internal fit-out works from 1st fix to handover.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and building codes.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project progress.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality of work, progress, and adherence to plans.

* Manage project timelines, identifying potential delays and proposing solutions.

* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and progress updates.

* Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and providing regular project updates.

* Lead and motivate site teams to achieve high standards of performance and workmanship.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the residential construction sector, specifically with internal fit-out projects.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building regulations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.

* Proficient in project management software and tools.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card).
