Oversee Site Operations: Manage daily construction activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations with regular site inspections.
Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, addressing defects promptly.
Manage Teams: Supervise subcontractors and site workers, ensuring effective coordination.
Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide regular updates on project progress and issues.
Solve On-Site Issues: Identify and resolve problems quickly to keep the project on track.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and labor.
Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of site activities and reports.
Ensure Code Compliance: Adhere to building codes and regulations specific to high-rise construction.Ideally you would be coming from a trade background (carpentry) and must have valid qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
