About the role:
As our new KS1 Teacher, you will join a dedicated and passionate team, ready to inspire and be inspired. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the varied needs of our young learners, helping them to build a strong foundation in both academics and personal growth.
Your role will involve working closely with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that each child reaches their full potential. With the help of our brilliant facilities, including modern classrooms and interactive technology, you’ll be able to bring your lessons to life, making learning an exciting journey for your students.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 1.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to the holistic development of children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A creative approach to lesson planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes mutual respect and positive behavior.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, including our swimming lessons and other sports programmes.
