The role requires an experienced Finance Manager with an extensive background in managing shared services with a proven background in supporting with new systems, always looking how to improve processes and leading your team with learning and development to ensure your department gives the best service internally and to external suppliers.

As the Finance Manager you will need to be passionate about what you do, common-sense approach to getting things done. What will I be doing?

As the Head of Finance Operations, you will be responsible for delivering scalable finance operations covering key transactional processes including Purchase to Pay (P2P).

You will provide a best-in-class finance operations service to finance stakeholders as well as other business wide stakeholders such as the Homeowner Management team, Customer Service teams, and the Managed Services teams through regularly monitored SLAs and KPIs. You will also implement and maintain Accounts Payable policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following:

Reviewing end-to-end process maps, and suggesting and implementing improvements to improve efficiencies in transaction processing.
Defining KPI suite to track the performance of key transactional processes and P2P financial metrics, setting agreed targets and thresholds and driving mitigating actions for any areas predicted to deviate from thresholds.
Agreeing SLAs with the Senior Leadership team (SLT), including key heads within the Finance team and other key business stakeholders.
Defining KPI suite to track performance against the agreed SLAs.
Delivering daily, weekly and monthly deliverables for the FD
Leading a scalable and lean Finance Operations team using efficient process and automation to ensure best-in-class service whilst maintaining a sufficient but low growth cost base.
Working on continuous improvements and other finance projects as required

Ideally, we're looking for:

Deep knowledge of best-in-class O2C and P2P processes and delivery frameworks.
A strong leader driving a high-quality and on time delivery mindset whilst developing and supporting the team through continuous improvement.
KPI and target focus, instilling urgency within the team to resolve issues and grab opportunities.
A strong communicator with ability to influence across functions not only within finance but across the business.
Experience delivering in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Experience using data and KPI dashboards to understand what is performing well, what isn't and why, and make recommendations for change.
Experience of root cause analysis and resolution.What's in it for you?
