Role: Service Manager - Mental Health
Salary: £45,000 + bonus
Location: Bexhill-on-sea

We are currently looking for a service manager to work at a residential home based in Bexhill-on-sea. The Home specializes in providing 24/7 care for individuals with complex mental health diagnoses They offer a safe, nurturing environment where residents receive the personalized care and assistance they need to thrive.

Responsibilities:
•Manage all aspects of service delivery and operations for the home
•Provide strong leadership and oversight to the service team
•Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
•Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
•Collaborate closely with the broader organizational leadership

Requirements:
•Significant experience as a Service Manager or in a similar role
•Proven track record of effectively managing service operations
•Experience caring for individuals with complex mental health needs
•In-depth understanding of service delivery best practices
•Ability to thrive in a sensitive, fast-paced environment
