Overview

Holt Engineering is working in partnership with a leading provider of precision engineering solutions, specialising in high-performance components for the Motorsport industry. We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller with expertise in 5-axis programming to join their dynamic team.

CNC Miller Responsibilities:

Programming and operating CNC milling machines, primarily using Heidenhain and Hypermill offline programming software.
Setting up and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines to achieve high levels of accuracy and precision.
Creating and optimising CNC programs for complex components.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and tolerances.
Collaborating with engineers and other team members to develop and improve manufacturing processes.CNC Miller Requirements:

Proven experience in CNC milling, with a strong focus on 5-axis programming.
Proficiency in Heidenhain control language and Hypermill offline programming software.
In-depth knowledge of CNC machine tools and cutting processes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
