CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator
Location: Portsmouth
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm, Friday 7.30am-12.30pm
Annual Salary: £38,000 to £41,500
Contract Type: Permanent
Wild Recruitment are seeking an experienced CNC Miller Programmer to join a well known engineering company based in Portsmouth. You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating mills using Fanuc controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme, Setting, and Operating CNC Machinery using Fanuc controls
Prove out CNC programs ensuring the highest quality is maintained at all times
Ensure the machines processes are running efficiently to maximise productivity
Programme parts using SolidCam
Maintain highest quality standards including inspecting the manufactured partIdeal Candidate
Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator
The ability to work with Fanuc Controls and programme parts using SolidCam
Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
