The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, have superb communication skills, and be highly reliable. Resilience, flexibility and willingness to learn are essential. You’d be a jack-of-all-trades, take-it-as-it-comes outgoing leader designing and executing activities that make a true impact in the quality of our resident’s lives…. And with that, you must have superb communication skills, be impeccably reliable, and able to meet deadlines – even in the face of ever-shifting priorities!
Core responsibilities:
Operate Company's 15-passanger vehicle and SUV to transport residents on outings/personal and doctors' appointments.
Promote participation in activities and help foster social connectedness between residents.
Demonstrate superior customer service while developing rapport with residents, visitors and coworkers.
Learn the programs/activities industry and best practices in senior well-being and how the pieces of the puzzle fit together.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support roles at the community.
