Job Description

Location: Pen Argyl, PA

Shift: Monday - Friday 4pm -2am & starting at 5:30pm +$2.00/hr shift differential (training on day shift for possibly 1-2 months)

Position: 

Our Mold Repair employees are responsible for performing all maintenance/repair duties for production mold kits by performing the following duties. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

Performs quality assurance inspections of molds paying special attention for any damage or defects to the mold 

Performs thorough inspections on new molds to ensure all dimensions are in tolerance  

Required to use precision measuring equipment/tools to ensure all dimensions are in tolerance  

All work is required to be documented  

Inspects damaged parts, determines nature of repair and uses repair tools to rework or refinish worn or damaged parts 

Apply proper mechanical techniques and ability to use power and hand tools to perform repairs, maintenance and/or renovation to molds 

Completes scheduled cleaning of molds to assure optimum production output 

Assists maintenance department complete assigned duties as directed. 

Adhere to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety guidelines 

Minor Electrical; troubleshooting, repairs, modifications required 

Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines 

Forklift Operating; transport molds  

Perform other related duties as assigned
