Role Purpose: The primary responsibility of a Technical Support Analyst is to provide post go-live support for HireRight integration partners, Clients, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work independently to coordinate and solve complex technical data communication and integration issues.
Work from ticket queue and take ownership of items
Analyze Integration Technical Issues; track path to closure
Work with Development, providing steps to reproduce possible defects
Create documentation for future reference, training and support purposes.
Provide customers and internal teams with support on technical integration issues.
Communicate with external customers to clarify integration failures as needed to resolve
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Ability to learn within a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of XML, Network Infrastructure
OpTool knowledge
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Database operations, Logfile review
Experience tracking items and owning issues
Demonstrated problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data flow processes.
Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and be results-oriented.
Must work well both independently and in a team environment.
Must be a self-starter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
