Overview:

The San Diego, CA office is seeking a paralegal with litigation experience. The primary duties of this position include working for a minimum of (4) attorneys, calendaring, document management including but not limited to review, creation, and organization. In addition, compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation are essential functions of this role.

Responsibilities:

Job Specifications/Requirements: 

Candidates must have a certificate from an ABA approved school or meet Paralegal qualifications based on California Business and Professions code §6450

At least two (2) years of litigation work experience

Real estate process knowledge a plus

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Strong Excel skills required

Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities

Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours

This position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours
