Overview:

Customer Care Coordinator

Starting salary $42,000-$50,000 annually

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate information to our staff, manufacturers, and customers, ensuring the timely movement of vehicles through our vehicle processing center.

The work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday with a shift of 6am-3pm.

Note-this role requires the flexibility to work OT, weekends and holidays

Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Acting as the liaison for Wallenius Wilhelmsen to our customers and carriers: 

Respond to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status of orders

Coordinate and verify shipments, vehicle movements and vehicle inventory

Performs daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on assignments, allocations, work orders and releases to carriers

Provides key communications to customers

Recommend new procedures and processes to increase productivity, responsiveness to customer needs, and streamline current practices

Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Have one year of experience in customer service or inventory control procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, and Outlook.

Professional and courteous communications to internal and external sources. Ability to handle heavy customer contact each day.

Data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work independently.

Self starter and Motivated to succeed

Must have problem resolution, decision-making, and general negotiation skills with customers.

Knowledge of geography and map reading ability.
