The Operations Data Analyst will support the technical operations of our strategic services related to daily scheduling and coordination of facility activities relating to customer products and equipment.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring liaising with supervisors and the operations manager on the shop floor about processing, production, detailed data entry, inventory, and reporting.
Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Acts as a company representative to customers and carriers, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
Coordinates account activities, priorities, and status with shop floor personnel and carriers.
Update business systems (WITS system, spreadsheets, etc.) accurately and in a time frame that meets or exceeds internal and customer key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor preservation/maintenance schedule daily
Update the WITS/ Customer system to include: invoicing, process status, scheduling, and completion status
Ensure that all relevant documentation is accurately completed and current/Damage Work orders
Verifies shipments, vehicle movement, location, status, billing systems, and vehicle inventory.
Monitors vehicles’ in-hold status and coordinates special vehicle requests.
Enters vehicle receipts into relevant systems; verifies the accuracy of information.
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Perform duties in other areas as required.
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Expert level Microsoft Excel – formulas (VLOOKUP’s, match, etc.), Pivot tables – design and manipulation, charts and graphs
Intermediate level Microsoft Access – design queries, data manipulation and extraction, expert level desirable
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to develop strong, trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
Attention to detail and accuracy are imperative
A self-starter with the ability to perform in high-pressure and dynamic situations
Self-motivated with an extreme desire to succeed
Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and database navigational skills
