Job Title: HRIS & Data Advisor
Salary: £40-45,000pa
Location: Glasgow, hybrid (with travel to other sites)

JGA are partnered with a professional services company seeking an HRIS & Data Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have MHR iTrent experience and the ability to manage the BAU of iTrent and some data analytics experience.

Responsibilities:

System management including data entry, updates and data integrity maintenance.
Auditng HR Data for accuracy and consistency.
Troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Aligning HRIS with data protection compliance.
Skills required:

Previous role in HR Analytics or HRIS
Previous experience in iTrent (if not, this is fine however iTrent would be advantageous)
Understanding of HR processes
Understanding of data protection compliance.
