RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
An experienced Senior Business Analyst is required to support the continued delivery within the Land Register domain (LR).
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
* Knowledge of Scottish land registration processes
* Presenting and conversing on land registration concepts with domain experts
* Confident facilitating detailed collaborative workshops with customers and established cross-functional teams
* Collaborative mindset seeking advice and input from a wide array of stakeholders across the customer and internal ecosystem
* Working knowledge of Agile approaches in the design and delivery of digital services
* Ability to support the decision-making process through the effective synthesis of information from a wide array of sources
* Experience synthesising complex information into clear and compelling visual stories
* Experience mapping stakeholders, impact, processes, and land registration value streams
* Excellent collaboration, communication and teamwork skills
* Writing of user stories and formal acceptance criteria
