Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Manager
Salary: £55,000pa
Location: Cambridgeshire (three times a week in office)

JGA are partnered with a growing financial services firm seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have experience managing payrolls of 1000+, bonus scheme experience and exposure to Benefits & Reward.

Responsibilities:

Leading end-to-end payroll process.
Ensuring documentation.
Ownership of payroll software, making necessary changes and improvements.
Managing Pension scheme.
Coordinating annual compensation review process.
Working on M&A integration actions.
Staying up to date with payroll legislation.
