Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Manage and organize files, databases, and correspondence.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Excel.
* Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create, format, and analyze data.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
