Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £25,200 + Bonus

About the Role:

Actio Recruitment is assisting our automotive client in Wakefield in their search for a Service Advisor. This full-time, permanent position is a fantastic opportunity to become the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, representing the brand and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and liaise with customers visiting the dealership.

* Answer customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.

* Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle in the workshop.

* Coordinate with the workshop and other internal departments.

* Explain detailed work carried out on customer vehicles in a clear and professional manner.

* Raise invoices and process payments from customers.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

* Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is beneficial.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Full UK Driving Licence
