Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Learning Support Assistant to join an early years team in a vibrant school in Tooting. This long-term role requires supporting young children with special needs, including personal care.

Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to early years children with special needs.
Assist with personal care, ensuring the children's comfort and safety.
Implement individual education and care plans to meet each child's specific needs.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Promote positive emotional and social development.Learning Support Assistant Requirements:

Prior experience working with children with special needs, especially in an early years setting.
Knowledge of SEN strategies and techniques.
Ability to assist with personal care.
