Customer Team Manager – Lead with Impact and Drive Success

£35,000 per annum

Coventry - 2 days hybrid

The Opportunity:

As a pivotal figure within our Commercial Services team, you’ll lead a group of 10 customer-focused professionals, driving excellence across customer accounts, service delivery, and internal collaboration. Your role will be key to ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and that our internal processes continue to evolve and improve.

In this hybrid role, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensuring your team is equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. You’ll collaborate with various departments—such as Contracts, Quality, Transport, and Service Centres—to optimize performance and maintain strong customer relationships. Innovation will be at the core of what you do, as you help implement digital service products and identify opportunities for ongoing digitalisation.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2-5 years of experience leading teams in fast-paced environments (experience in logistics is a plus).

• A passion for developing talent and driving a high-performance culture.

• Strong communication skills, able to foster collaboration both within your team and across departments.

• A proactive and adaptable mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and customer experiences.

• Data-savvy with a love for analysing reports to make informed, strategic decisions.

• A customer-first approach, ensuring high satisfaction levels while continually striving for improvement.
