CRM Implementation Specialist Are you ready to make a real impact?

Our client, a leading IT digital consulting company based in Coventry, is seeking a CRM Implementation Specialist to join their dynamic team.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and passion for technology to drive positive change within the non-profit sector.

As a CRM Implementation Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our charity clients streamline their operations and achieve their goals. You'll work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, design tailored CRM solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

As the CRM specialist your Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth interviews to gather requirements and build strong relationships.
Research and evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop comprehensive CRM strategies, including data migration, configuration, and training plans.
Ensure data quality and integrity through auditing, rationalization, and transformation.
Oversee the entire implementation process, from configuration to training.
Lead and coordinate CRM projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. As the CRM Specialist the experience we are looking for is:

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Proven experience with CRM systems, ideally in the non-profit sector.
Familiarity with data analysis, auditing, and configuration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Contribute to the success of non-profit organizations making a difference in the world.
