Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver high-quality Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

* Encourage students to explore and appreciate a wide range of musical styles.

* Prepare students for performances, assessments, and extracurricular music events.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

* Assess, mark, and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.

* Work collaboratively with the wider school team to enhance the music curriculum.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* A degree in Music or a related subject.

* Experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting.

* Ability to engage and inspire students through innovative teaching.

* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

* Passionate about encouraging students to reach their full musical potential.
