Our Client specialise in providing comprehensive legal services and are looking for a qualified and experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities;

* Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment contracts

* Represent clients in employment tribunals and courts

* Prepare and manage cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements and negotiations

* Maintain up to date knowledge of employment law and related legislation

* Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal procedures

* Provide excellent client services, maintaining clear communication and address any client concerns

* Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of legal practice

Required skills and experience:

* Strong knowledge of UK employment law

* Proven track record of handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters

* Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills

* Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
