What You Will Do:

Manage a portfolio of key accounts to hit and exceed specified targets.
Take verbal enquiries and provide swift, accurate quotations to customers.
Follow up on quotations to secure orders and understand customer feedback.
Negotiate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels.
Input sales orders accurately and resolve any queries or problems promptly.
Maintain up-to-date customer information using the company CRM system.
What You Will Bring:

Proven sales experience in the steel industry, particularly with Stainless Steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex.
A strong foundation in English and Mathematics, with a metallurgical qualification (HNC/HND/BSc) being advantageous.
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
A commitment to solid business ethics, integrity, and teamwork.
