One of the UK's leading labour suppliers is seeking an AQS, working for clients such as HS2 and Network Rail. Competitive salary + commission, office based in Watford (no hybrid working).
* Preparation of Sub Contract And Supply Agreements, including negotiation of specific terms and conditions
* Management of Subcontract accounts, preparation of Payment Certificates and management of Subcontractor claims and variations
* Preparation and submission of Payment Applications
* Project Spend Profiling/Forecasting
* Assist with the recognition, preparation and submission of Early Warnings and Compensation Events
* Assist with the procurement process in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions and Quotation Comparisons as required
* Advise & support with Initial Estimating / Pricing / Quoting
* Variation - Estimating / Pricing / Quoting & Agreements
* Review Dashboards for forthcoming contract expiry
* Final Account Preparation & Agreement – Customer & Sub Contractor
* Contractual KPI - Data collection, Production & Submission, Dispute & Resolution agreements.
Person Specification:
* 1-2 years quantity surveying experience (preferred)
* Civils background
* Strong analytical skills
