The Role

• Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Co-Ordinator.

· Manage the administration of quotations and orders through both telephone and electronic enquires

• Develop your own personal relationships with internal and external customers to ensure we are the customers supplier of choice.

· Work towards department targets and business objectives

· Provide excellent customer service responding promptly to customer demands

· Provide high level of data accuracy when responding to customer correspondence

· Compliance to Safety, Health, and Environmental standards of our business.

The Requirements

• Good track record in a customer service environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with an understanding for customer requirements.

• Accurate data inputting and IT skills are required

· Strong organizational skills along with experience of working to tight deadlines

· Experience in ready-mix concrete industry would be advantageous
