PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Hours: Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm
We are looking for a customer service coordinator to join an international medical device company based in Bishops Stortford. You will be assisting the service manager in all aspects of the service department administration and contact with clients.
Duties
Answer incoming customer calls at all times during the working day.
Maintain customer contact and call log database
Co-ordinate customer breakdown/emergency calls
Service contract enquiries and processing orders
Invoicing service contracts.
Deal promptly will all customer queries
Assist Assistant Service Manager in identifying problems, formulating solutions and procedures.
Maintain all administration systems to enable the Assistant Service Manager to accurately report on performance.
Assist and support with any projects.
To carry out additional duties as and when required to ensure the smooth operation of the Department.Experience Required
